I have many yeas of experience working as a hospital nurse, a corporate nurse, and a medical counselor. Based on requests, I have been exploring and practicing counseling-based occupational health activities. And I am taking in coaching and qigong to provide better care. Leaning from tens of thousands of conversations, my skills have become very unique and special. There is always some solution for everything, and the new day will come, so we live hopefully. ■ Counseling ■ Mind, body, career, family, partnership, parenting, etc. Please tell me what comes to mind. I will help you to clarify your thought and find the way you want deeply. Face-to-face counseling is by referral only. Face-to-face: 90 minutes per session, 23,000 yen (tax included), at our office (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) Online: 60 minutes per session, 15,000 yen (tax included) Set: 30,000 yen (tax included) for 1 set of 1 face-to-face and 1 online session ■ Coaching ■ What is a goal outside of the current situation, what is the Brief System? We will thoroughly support you by explaining how to use your mind, etc. based on proven theory. Face-to-face or online, 6 sessions of 60 minutes each, 315,000 yen (tax included, lump-sum/ installment payment) Coach: Yukiko Ayabe (Tomabechi Coach Deputy Candidate, Tomabechi Method Assistant Certified Coach) After completing the course, participants will receive up to two qigong sessions per year if they wish. ■ Flow to the first session _ common to all Please contact to mail: info.qrio@gmail.com with your name, email address, phone number, and desired session. After deciding on the content of the session, we will conclude a contract on the web and ask for payment by bank transfer before the first session.
